THE FEAR OF GOD By A.S Emmanuel
Wisdom is the absence of pleasure
The look of the eye, the words from people
Pleasing God is swords in one's body
We all get hurt and blessed
The rod and staff that comfort
The sword, our earthly judge
Which dwells in us by the spirit
I wish I can go without any noticing
But the words of people keep following
The reason I don't get it.
Like the saying " you can't live with us here"
Pleasing the world is an enemy to God
Pleasing God is a sword around them
This makes you different
Can I get rid of the swords and still please God?
Then I lost a weapon of faith;
Because of their persecutions.
If I can't stand in my faith
Like if I fall and ignore
On the last day will I still be worthy?
For the fear of God is;
The beginning of wisdom
